Crown Punches, Handle Punches and Tearline Blades
Over the years a succession of companies have been involved in the production of these items, many seem to have fallen by the wayside for reasons unknown. We feel this is an area where we can with our extensive knowledge of tool steels, machining techniqes and surface coatings develop these products in line with what the converting industry is demanding.
All of our Crown, Handle Punches and Tearline Blades are hardened and tempered something that to our surprise is not standard with all manufacturers of these products,we also appreciate through our experience in Machine Knives and Industrial Blades that a surface coating should be used to enhance a quality hardened steel product rather than try and cover up the use of a poor quality one.
