Circular Knives
Available upto 1200 mm diameter with infinate bevel geometry for many different industries and a variety of applications including Slitting, Crushcutting, Tube Cutting, Perforating, Edge Trimming and Slicing. Some knives can be produced in ‘two halves’ for easier fitting onto the shaft where a knife change usually taking hours can be done in minutes (unless your machine is designed for this third party modifications may be required to the machine and knife holders).
Knives can be manufactured in matched sets to a given tolerance on the outside diameter and bores can be machined to a bearing fit if required.
Many types of Circular Knives are available from stock including Log Saw Blades, Top Slitter Knives, Tube/Core Cutters and Crushcutters, we can also supply Hardened Sleeves manufactured to order.
